Our Professional Team
ESV Ewenla Mustapha, ANIVS, RSV, MNIM is an astute business leader,
the Head of Practice and the Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mustapha Ewenla & Partners.
He is a seasoned, dynamic and accomplished Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 9 years of
experience in the Real Estate industry.
He is a graduate of the popular Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) Yaba, Lagos where
he bagged his Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. Ewenla cut his profession teeth
in the firm of Ayeye & Co., a firm of Estate Surveying and Valuation after his National Youth
Service Corp where he worked in the Business Development Department and performed very
brilliantly. He proceeded to Dipo Fakorede and Co., another firm of Estate Surveying and
Valuation where he resumed duty as the Head of Valuation Department, Victoria Island Branch.
He rose through the ranks to become a pioneer Branch Manager of the Ogun State Zonal Office,
Arepo of the 20 year old firm in June, 2016, a position he occupied before retiring to start the
practice of Mustapha Ewenla & Partners.
Ewenla is an Associate Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers
(NIESV). He is a registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of
Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is currently the Publicity Secretary, Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Lagos
State Branch. He is a member of the branding committee, NIESV, Lagos State Branch. He is also
the Head of Social Media Implementation under the NIESV, Lagos State Branch. He is also a
member of the Faculty of Plant and Equipment Valuation at the National Level of the Nigerian
Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and also a member of Faculty for
Auctioneering Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Ewenla is currently a
member of the Local Organizing Committee of the 49 th Annual Conference of the Nigerian
Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is also a member of the Editorial Sub Committee
of NIESV, Lagos State Branch. He is also a member of the Nigeria institute of Management
(NIM).
In the quest to bettering his career, he has also taken a few courses and attended a variety of
seminar and workshops in the Dubai, Turkey, Ethiopia,Qatar and United Kingdom.
Amongst other things, as a way of giving back to the society from his wealth of knowledge, he is
the Host of the biggest real estate talk show on television in Nigeria produced by Media House
Promotions, “The Property Show” which airs every Tuesday on MITV and Galaxy TV, a life He is also an Inspirational Speaker. He is happily married with kids.
She rose through the ranks to become the Head, Marketing department of the organization.
She worked briefly with the Nigeria bottling company (NBC) before joining the Nigeria Breweries (NBL) she is a very hard working lady with sufficient years of work experience. She is currently the secretary of the organization.
She is a young and vibrant lady with a lot of passion and dedication to her work and currently the Head of Human Resource department and also doubles up as the Personal Assistant to the Head of Practice.
